1. Visit TagTooga.com and register for a free account. When you first visit TagTooga.com, an "automatic account" is created using your IP address. Click on the "Logout" link in the left rail and then click on "Register (It's FREE!)" to begin the registration process.

2. After you've successfully registered and logged onto TagTooga.com, click on the "Categories" link at the top of the page. Then click on "Create a New Category". Your category should be named "user_LOGIN", where LOGIN is your login name. For example, if you registered with a login name of "mike", your category name should be "user_mike". This makes your category private to your account. Only "mike" can add tags to the category "user_mike", and only "mike" can add or delete URLs from pages within "user_mike". (For more information about private categories, see Private Tags) Go ahead and create your first tag by giving it a name and a description, then click the "Create" button. You will notice "user_mike" appear in the left rail. Click on it. You will then see "My user_mike Tags" in the left rail, with a link to the tag you just created. Click on it. This displays the tag page, but there are no URLs on it yet. Click on to add your first URL. It should be easy from there... simply type in the URL you wish to add, click OK, and follow the remaining instructions. Add as many URLs as you wish.

3. When you add a URL, TagTooga.com will automatically initiate a server-side task to create a thumbnail snapshot of the page. You can check to see if your thumbnails are ready by clicking on the graphic to view the thumbnails. If you are using a linkroll with thumbnails, you should wait until the thumbnails have been created. This can take anywhere from a few minutes to an hour. You may click on the button to explicitly request a re-fetch of the thumbnail image.
